Over 12 years broking & corporate experience in Australia. Senior Advisor with Patersons Securities Limited. Former Executive Director of Empire Beer Group Limited (now Car Park Technologies ASX: CPZ) and current Executive Director of Orca Energy Limited (ASX: OGY). Responsible for managing the acquisition of both RMP assets.

Mr Tony King - Executive Consultant
Managing Director of Max Capital Pty Ltd. Corporate advisor to Puntland and Georgian farm-in deals.  Has  advised  Range Resources Limited  (ASX: RRS; AIM: RRL) on all capital raisings since 2009.

Mr Jason Bontempo - Non-Executive Director

Highly  experienced ASX director  with  over 10  years  at  senior  board  level  in  Australia and UK. Current Executive Director of International Goldfields Limited (ASX: IGS), Glory Resources (ASX: GLY) and Chameleon Mining NL (ASX: CHM)

Mr Stephen Brockhurst - Non-Executive Director

Over 12 years experience in the finance and corporate advisory industry. Mr Brockhurst's experience includes corporate and capital structuring, Company secretarial services, capital raising, ASX and ASIC compliance requirements.

Ms Rebecca Sandford -  Joint Company Secretary

Ms Sandford is an employee of Okap Ventures Pty Ltd. Okap specialises in corporate advisory and financial management services. Rebecca’s experience includes acquisitions, takeovers, capital raisings, listing of companies on ASX, due diligence reviews and compliance associated with the activities undertaken by Okap's clients.  Rebecca has acted as the company secretary of a number of ASX listed companies.  Rebecca is a member of the Chartered Secretaries Australia. 
 

Ms Shannon Robinson - Joint Company Secretary

Shannon Robinson is a corporate lawyer and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA) and a member of AMPLA. Ms Robinson provides corporate advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, due diligence reviews and legal compliance, takeovers and managing legal issues associated with client transactions. Ms Robinson has acted as Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed and unlisted companies.
